Mr. Libor Novák is managing director of Ircon since 2003. He represents the company and its services to current and potential clients and donors, seeks the new business opportunities and acquisitions.
Mr. Novak is also managing and supervising the big-scale international projects implemented by Ircon worldwide.
Mr. Novak´s field of expertise is the transfer of environmental technologies to developing countries with special focus on waste water treatment technologies, treatment of drinking water and solid waste management. He has been managing projects in Moldova, Sri Lanka, India, Yemen, Bosna and Hercegovina, Kosovo, Georgia etc.
Mr. Novák graduated from the Charles University, Faculty of Science, in Geography and Biology. He also studied postgraduate level at the University of Chemistry and Technology, branch of the Environmental technologies.
Mr. Novák is Chairman of the Business Platform for the International Development Cooperation.
